Anyone tried Marisa Peer’s weight loss book/CD?

It’s got great reviews on Amazon and appeals to me more than Paul McKenna’s “I can make you thin”. However, I’m not sure which to buy. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have read Marisa Peer’s book and I think it’s much much better than Paul McKenna’s book because it makes you feel good about yourself but also it explains how to eat and made me remember that when I was little I could leave food. The cd made me get back that ability and I have been able to leave food and not crave the wrong food ever since I listened to it.
I really recommend it and if you get to read only one book about losing weight read “You Can Be Thin”.
