Weight Loss Calorie Calculator Lose Weight
Is there a calorie calculator that will tell how many calories to cut to loose X amount of weight in X……?
….amount of time? I have seen a few but they only let you lose 1 pound a week. If you go over 1pound a week it says that that weight loss goal is too agressive. I know everyone says 1 pound a week is the best way but I just want play around with some #’s. Thank You!

Think of it this way. A pound is approximately 3500 calories. Calculate how much you need to eat a day to maintain bodily function, and then subtract 500 from that. This would result in you losing about 1 pound a week, considering you don’t do any actual exercise.
If you also work out each day and lose about 500 calories through running, bicycling, swimming, etc, that would result in 1000 calories lost a day. So you’d lose 2 pounds a week.
Etc etc.
1-2 pounds is honestly the best way to lose weight. Not only because it’s healthy, but because this way it will stay off. Anything more than that, and you will most likely gain it all back immediately.
