don’tnt really have time to eat breakfast so i want to drink something that will keep me full for a few hours, low fat, little or no carbs..any suggestions?

I have always liked Slim fast,it’s full of vitamins and fiber and a controlled amount of calories,I lost 45 pounds using it.I felt really good on it.You can find it in your grocery store and it comes in a few flavors,hope this help you out.
