Moms what do you eat during the entire day?

I am on day 2 of my diet, I am taking the healthy trim diet pills The rules are pretty simple as long as your willing to give up caffeine.

You are suppose to take 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning with 2-3 glasses of water, 2-3 hours later you eat, and if needed you can then take 1-2 more capsules but I am not my 2 in the am are good for me.

They say it is guaranteed fast weight loss as long as you stay away from caffeine, and they say it will be more helpful to eat right and of course exercise.

I have been exercising each night for 30 minutes after dinner!!!
They say you should also eat small meals or light snacks 4-6 times a day.

So my question is what are some healthy meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) and some small healthy snacks you eat during the day?

What are some diets you have tried and how were your results? I have switched to low or no fat and all whole grain groceries.

A healthy daily menu will be helpful.

My husband is taking those pills! I told him he should just eat sensibly but because he heard it on the radio from his favorite dj, they must be the answer to his prayers…lol.

I have been packing him hard boiled eggs and a spinach salad for the morning. He eats a wrap with turkey or chicken, cheese (won’t give it up,) and sliced peppers. Snack is a bag of baked chips if needed. For dinner he eats whatever I make but I usually keep it simple (protein, natural grain/starch, veggie.) He doesn’t exercise which is silly. I know he sneaks cokes in at work and he does drink coffee in the morning but considerably less than he used to. He is losing weight, albeit slowly. He just doesn’t want to give certain things up!

*Forgot…*I* eat fruit with yogurt, spinach omelete, and rarely a bagel for breakfast. Lunch is usually something frozen- Amy’s meals or Kashi meals. Snack is usually a banana or apple. Dinner varies but like I said a protein, veggie and starch. Sometimes a latte subs as my meal and sometimes I have it in addition to my meal. Cut up fruit and store it in the fridge in little containers. When you need something to eat, it’s right there. This comes in very handy with my 2 year old who is hungry on a whim some days.
