Does wearing a ab slimmer belt make you loose weight, fat or calories?
Im not trying to get a six pack or loose a crazy amount of weight. Im a 34 waist with a little love handle on my sides. i heard heat can make your body burn more calories and the water loss can give a quick fix for a short period of time. Im talking about the belts that make you sweat not the electric or any other crazy belt out there
I wore a soft cast when i was a kid and remembered when i took it off weeks later. My arm literally had an indention half way up my wrist.

Yes, big “waist” of money.
You don’t lose weight/size by sweating. You sweat ‘because’ you lose weight/size.
People don’t even sweat when working out in cold weather, but they still lose weight.
Sweating has nothing to do with anything.
And about your arm. When you took off the cast, how long did it take to get strong enough to be used a gain? Your arm looked like that because your muscles shrink for not using them for too long. It has nothing to do with losing fat
