Weight Loss Workout Plans?

5’6 225 …. What are some good exersise plans to lose belly fat / man boobs ? I got some resistance bands time to put them to some good use … Weight loss goal for month of july (25 pounds)

To tone up the stomach and chest without any machines, you can do various push-ups (wide, standard, cross-thumb etc)… sit-ups, leg raises, crunches etc… and I would suggest also doing some resistance training, maybe invest in some light weights then do bicep curls, squats, lunges, shoulder press etc… you can Google a whole range of exercises… and some cardio too, like jogging, rowing, cycling, swimming etc… basically though, keep the calories down, nutritional value high and aim for at least 4 30 minute sessions a week for starters, then build up to hour sessions and beyond if you feel comfortable… keep it varied and interesting because getting bored too soon will kill your enthusiasm… best of luck with that!!
