Weight Loss Ball Pills

Im fat and tired of it… HELP!!!!!?

I am about 40 pounds over weight and nothing seems to work. I had a diet and exercise plan going with my friend and she lost 10 pounds and I gained weight. So I gave up. I have tried all different types of weight loss pills….. everything you can think of and nothing seems to work!!

I know that most of you are going to criticize and/or tell me to eat less and exercise. Well for a heads up, you cant criticize me any more than I criticize myself and I have tried the eating less and exercising. So whats next? What do I do now? Is there any new pills to throw money and time away on?

Please help me, I am getting depressed and think about suicide more and more with each passing day. Even though I am not someone with the resources or “balls” to commit suicide, I still shouldnt be having these thoughts! I should love myself…. like I used to!

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
