Questioner’s avatar How much weight loss can you expect with a 2 hour work out and daily 1500 calorie intake?

I work out twice a day for a hour each time. I lift weights, jog, use the elliptical, and the bike. I just started about a week ago. I go everyday and my meals are split up into 5 small meals a day. I have lost 7 lbs in the last few days but I know that is all just water weight.
I burn anywhere from 500 to 1000 calories a work out. I workout pretty hardcore. I am 160 and want to be at 130 or 125.

my friend did that same thing but she was slim to begin with (u noe high school girls) and within 2 months she dropped 5lbs ONLY bécause she was 107lb to begin with and went down to 102 for a height of 5 2 so u can see that theers not much to lose there but the heavier ur the more u lose
