I saw a hypnotist Wednesday night for weight loss, he did 75 people at once, he got us to buy his audio tapes?

was I taken for a ride or does this really work? He claims to be the best in the world. His name is Lesile something and he lives Hawaii. This man seemed very stuck on himself. I don’t think I was hypnotised but maybe I was. That tapes are relaxing but I’m not sure I was Hypnotised by them. He said do them for 21 days and thats all we will need and we could pass them on to someone else. True or not true.

This is a scam. You can find out more about it by calling the better business buerea even. More than likely the local or state office has a report on the guy. The thing is he’ll have a disclaimer somewhere that says this won’t work for everyone….when in fact what he means to say is this won’t work for anyone…it’s just different wording though…and techincally it’s not illegal.

He’s a good salesman and nothing more. You’ll notice that hypnotist shops around towns are closing down just as fast as all of those ear stapling joints that promised to help people quit smoking or eating.

If you want to lose weight the best thing to do is put a mirror in your kitch and in eraseable markers write your daily or weekly goals of where you want to be and what you want to lose. Buy only the right portions of food…if you have to buy the salad in a bag and a certain amount of the portion sized frozen dinners. Spend more time with friends or family by going for a walk.

Any activity at all above what you are already doing will help. Any decrease in calorie intake will help as well. If you don’t work hard at it you won’t see dramatic changes but over time there will be changes.

Once you get past that first week or two though you’ll be strong enough and confident enough to work harder to reach the goals you are setting for yourself. Sometimes too what helps is making your goals known…because if you tell someone else what you are shooting for you are more likely to strive to reach that goal so that you don’t have to admit you didn’t accomplish it. Start off by setting reachable, realistic goals that way you won’t be discouraged.

You don’t need anyone’s help but your own. It’s inside you and you can find it. You just have to believe in yourself and it is much easier than you could ever imagine. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you can do it. Then do not allow yourself to cheat yourself out of what you want.
