Weight Loss And Running Tips

Can anyone give me some extra little weight loss tips? I already have a healthy diet and I do exercise?

Basically I need to lose 12 pounds in 25 days. Plus at least another inch of my waist which is currently 29.5 inches…

I am 5’7″, I started out a week ago weighing 180 and am now 176, I have been eating 1100 calories a day. Plus I am exercising everyday just doing like crunches, sit-ups, squats, stair running and fast walking.

Can anyone please give me some more little tips that could help me achieve the weight loss goal?
I mean like any foods that are good for weight loss, or other exercises I can do at home…
