Weight loss and exercise whats going wrong?
I burn 500 kcal aday according to my polar RS400sd I am also moderatley active I eat 2400 kcal aday and my thyroid is fine acording to all the BMR calculators I should need around 3000-3200 kcal aday and my weight has stayed rougly the same.
I eat a very good diet no read meat moderatley high protein 150 gms aday and all low GI foods fruit, fish and vegtables I lift weights 3 times a week and my exersise is running and cycling
whats going wrong?

One of the things I would do if I were you would be to consult a doctor on a good diet plan.
If your not eating enough, and your trying to burn alot of calories, your metabolism might slow down, and eventually even stop.
Try to stick to the average amount of intake, and a slight increase of activity might not hurt.
Consult your physician about the weight lifting, if he/she agrees with it, then kudos, as for the running and cycling, try switching to long distance walking, it works pretty well.
I lost 100 pounds walking in one year. Remember to keep yourself hydrated too!

Stay motivated.
Drink More water.
