you need to eat less and exercise more, that’s it, you can’t do it fast, it takes as long as it takes
weight watchers would give you a good way to track all the biscuits etc.
and I dislike gyms but circuit classes etc. make you lose weight easily enough without all the ‘having to motivate yourself’ thing
