Healthy eating & exercise plan – Weight loss?
I am 15 and weigh just over 10 stone. I want to loose about 1 – 2 stone. That would be a great achievement. I swim at school onse a week and go for a swim out of school onse a week too. I have an exercise machine.
1. What is a good daily diet? Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
2. What is a good exercise plan? I have exercise bike.
