Weight Loss Aids Natural Treatments
Best book for a beginner on homeopathy?
Hi there,
Was wondering who can help me out with this please. I’m an avid reader & just recently I’ve had a keen interest in homeopathy. I know next to nothing in this area but have a few friends who swear by it. They are all to busy & not book people so I thought I’d ask here for advice. There are 4 main health issues I’d like to look into regarding homeopathic solutions:
Stress/Bipolar/Anxiety
Diet aid/ Weight loss/ Appetite suppressant/ Natural antacids
Insomnia/ Natural sleeping aids
Aromatherapy/Light therapy
I’m looking for a book (s) for a *beginner* that would be the best with effective treatments. Even if you know of one stellar book please really help me out & let me know. Even if I can just get one subject & one book at a time I’d be happy.
