Weight Loss After 40 Tips
5’6 110 lbs (= not cutting it). New model. Weight loss tips that don’t include starvation?
They basically told me my weight wasn’t cutting it with my height, so I need some weight loss solutions. 
I heard it’s 60% what you eat, and 40% exercise. I take Fastin, I only drink water, except for some hot (zero cal) tea in the morning, which I’ve replaced my coffee with. I work out for an hour after I wake up every morning, and I’m eating an entirely vegan diet. I’d like to get down to 100. And yes, I know I’m quite short to be aspiring for modeling, but I found an agency that’s known for booking/placing a lot of shorter girls. So how can I lose 10 lbs? (-:

I’m 15, 5’5 and they told me I had to lose 10 lbs when I was only 110 ! I model for Vogue …
Anyways what I did what eat ONLY fruits and vegetables, with the acception of hard boiled eggs and soy milk in the morning.
I exercised an hour in the morning and hour at night. Also I went to bed an hour earlier than usual.
It took me three weeks, but I did it!
