Will this schedule give me weight loss results?
Okay, so please tell me if you think this is a good schedule to lose 10lbs by September 1st. If you have any advice at all, please feel free to suggest anything!
-Drink one glass of water every 1.5 hours
-Stay away from unhealthy foods
-8 to 10 hours of sleep
Weight: 129lbs
Goal: 119lbs by September 1st
Sunday: 20 min Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred (3 circuits each including cardio, strength and abs)
Monday: 30 min Treadmill weight loss workout, 10 min Ab Lounge
Tuesday: 1 hour on bicycle
Wednesday: 20 min Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred
Thursday: 30 min Treadmill weight loss workout, 10 min Ab Lounge
Friday: rest
Saturday: rest
