How can i put on weight?

I am a perfectly healthy teenager, however I can not put on weight, it seems obvious to put on weight you must eat which I do but I never put anything on. I have been called Anorexic on many occasions and am getting sick of it; I can not wear skirts or tights as I feel I look like a walking skeleton. I would not say I am drastically skinny but I am not of the “normal” weight. I have tried to eat healthily but it makes no difference and I do not want to resort to the “Mc Donald’s diet” as I know it is very bad for the health. I also find it hurtful when there are so many diet loss programs and advice out there but none that I have seen on how to gain weight. Please help thanks.

you don’t have to go to mcdonals. u just have to eat bigger proportions. lke, if u usually eat only one chiken wing, eat two or three. on christmas, eat more turkey than u already do. but dont go too overboard and when u think ur the right weight, stop and just like u normally did. u can exercise to get muscle and eat more often, more snacks, bigger meals, but not too much junk cuz that’s bad too. and dont try to force yourself to eat. and if u want to look bigger, wear more layers if u don wanna get really fat. hope that helps! :)
