Weight Loss Advice For Obese

I think im obese. I need weight loss help.?

Okay,, so im 15,, 5″1,, amd i weigh like 63kg and i wear like a UK size 12 in jeans. :-/ and 8/10 tops.

Im going through this spoilt brat/80′s barbie faze.
Basically im going for a new look for year 11.
Ive got a few weeks left til the end of the holidays and i need to lose weight.
I wanna go back to my sporty self like i was in in year 7 and i want a thinner figure.
I like my curvs but i dont enjoy buying size 12 jeans at my age. And its the reason
Why i hate swimming. Im muuuuuch to curvy. I need smaller hips and thinner/toned legs.
Please dont say special k diet unless u can back it up.

Pleeeeeease give me any advice. Anything will do.
All i want is to muuuuuuuuuch thinner like barbie. (well kinda. But not too skinny coz barbie’s a bit toooo thin’ lol.

The MAIN thing that you wanna do to lose weight is Cardio (anything that boosts your heart rate, like jogging, or jump-roping if you hate jogging like me). You should do this 3-4 times a week (5 at the most) for 30-40 minutes (50-60 minutes if you wanna lose a lot of weight). Preferably, you should do it in the mornings.

As far as food goes, try to avoid foods with lots of calories or sugar in them.

You don’t HAVE to do this, but you can if you want. You can speed up your metabolism by taking some Acai Berry pills/supplements.
