Weight Loss Advice For Men
Why is it, when i search for weight loss advice, 99% is aimed at women?
I am a 32, a guy, who wants to shift 3 stone. Im considering the GI diet as this appears to be the most healthy option and one that I can see myself sticking to. But I wish I could find a resource aimed at men like me so I can make an informed choice. Any ideas anyone? Any help appreciated!!
Because women are more open about their weight issues than men tend to be, or at least that is the general perception, I think. That would be my guess.
