Any help with a weight loss regime?
Hi there, I am currently 166lbs and 5’9″ tall. I have had an Electro Stat Body test to determine my body fat and it has come out at about 20-22% body fat.
I am aiming for about 12% body fat as I race Karts and need to get some weight off to allow for some data logging hardware to be installed.
Can anyone give me a recommendation for good exercise regimes (Weekly) to maintain my muscle I already have and lose only fat?
By my calculations I want to lose about 15lbs of pure fat. A year ago I was 204lbs now down to 166lbs and stable, acheiving this I was eating 1000-1200 calories a day of mainly meat/carbohydrates with vegetables/fruit and every third day I ate 1600 calories to stop the body getting into a rhythm, is this considered safe?
