
Can someone help with a step by step weight loss plan? ?
I want to lose 20 pounds In one month. I am thinking January, because it’s past the holiday. I am 5’5 and 125 pounds. My goal weight is 110, but I’m going on a cruise and plan to most likely gain weight there so I want to be about 105 before. I don’t have much equiptment for exersize, or patience…I want a weekly/monthly, step by step (for each day) meal plan, with excersize (minimal)!!!! I would like this to be low cost if possible. My areas of most need are: inner thighs, hips/love handles, belly, and a little arm…I would also like to avoid losing my breast size. Thanks!
if you don’t want to put in the effort, surgery is your only option to lose that amount in 1 month.
