Am i doing enough exercise for weight loss?

I do about an hour and a half 6 days a week, combination of fast pace walking on the treadmill and the bike. I eat about 1,200 calories a day. I’m trying to lose 20 pounds. How effective is my routine ?

You need to increase the difficulty of your cardio work out, but not your time. You need to add in some jogging or running. And definately try out some core excercises!
