What should i do to lose 30 pounds before school starts?
OKay, its embarrassing to admit, but i am 5′ 3” and 143 pounds, although i dont really look it because i have a large bust size. I am starting my diet once again this summer by eating lean cuisines, slim fasts, and 100 calorie packs. I go for walks daily which im sure the routes i take are at least 1-2 miles. Every other day, i do a buns of steel tape as well. Last year i did this and i lost 20 pounds in 2-3 weeks, but i gained it back halfway into the school year
. I just wanna know if there are any more tips or exercises i should do to speed up my weight loss and keep my weight lower. P.S. Please don’t make fat jokes or anything, im sensitive and also i am in the healthy weight zone, but i wanna look better and a bit more attractive. Thank You
Stop eating the processed foods. Try eating fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Drink a ton of water. Chopped fresh veggies for lunch, use a little ranch or italian dressing to make it a little more interesting. Stop snacking on processed sugars!! Drink a glass of water if you are bored, heck throw some Crystal light into it. Eat a small proportioned dinner. Don’t eat late at night. But if you must try fresh veggies/fruits. Dried fruits are always a great choice. You don’t have to cut all the fat and sugar out of your diet, but choose smart sugars, fats and carbs. Remember: everything in moderation.
As far as exercise, you need to step up your walking speed. Throw some walking lunges into the mix (though people look at you funny if you are walking down the street, lol). There is nothing wrong with walking everyday. Have fun with exercise, don’t make it a chore. Try throwing on some crazy hip hop dance music and work up a sweat in your room. Grab an exercise ball and do squats against the wall every other day before you jump in the shower. You will be AMAZED how easy you can fit a few exercises in while the water is heating up in the shower. You can see results quickly.
Just do a little something everyday. Don’t dwell on your weight. Change your mindset to feeling better, having better muscle tone and definition are more important than being 115 pounds.
