Very Extreme Weight Loss Tips
Why did my weight loss plateau?
I’ve lost 40 pounds since last year but now I am stuck at 129. Today I got down to 128 but am expecting my period very soon which is what I thought was the reason for my weight loss completely stopping for the past week. Now I can’t stop eating like borderline binge eating. I was wondering if this is caused because of PMS or if my body is making me eat more because it doesn’t want to lose anymore, if that makes sense. If anyone could shed some light or give tips to stop this extreme need to eat, please answer.
Im a dude first of all so i dont know about the period thing but, i was 330lbs when i started dieting and exersising. I got down to 270 and hit a platue for about a month. Then i got down to 240 and hit another platue. I finally got down to 210, which was my goal weight. The reason i hit so many platues was because my body got used to what i was doing to lose weight. I had to change up my diet and my workout programs so my body wouldnt get used to what i was doing. So change up whatever your doing and you should start seeing results.
