Is this a good plan to lose weight?
*7am Breakfast (Special K, Apple Slices, Weight loss tea, Ultra Mega Greens pill (its a multivitamin with vegetables)
*8am Weights
*9am snack (fiber one, string cheese, OR yogurt)
*~11am Power 90
*12am (right after power90) Eat lunch (banana strawberry smoothie with protein shot)
*2pm Bike or walking
*3am Snack (fiber one, string cheese, OR yogurt)
*5pm more weights
*Dinner (usually something bad since my parents are unhealthy)

A lot depends on your serving sizes, You seem to have a lot of carbs and very little protein here. If you are eating a little, most of it should be really good stuff, and not things like special K and string cheese which don’t have much food value. Also better to choose another fruit other than banana as that is prob the one fruit you shouldn’t really eat on a diet. You def need more protein. In fact your diet should consist of mostly protein (chicken, meat, fish, nuts (small portions of nuts)) and vegetables. Your evening meal counts big time, so you need to find a way of controlling this somehow if you want real results.
Also keep in mind that it will take a long time to get there – you should only count on losing up to 2 pounds a week, any faster than this and it usually doesn’t stay off cos you are crash dieting. The other thing to keep in mind – as it can be very disappointing if you don’t know – is that muscles weigh a ‘lot’ more than fat, so as you are doing a lot of working out, you may sometimes find that you actually put on weight, but this is muscle, so don’t despair. You will also reach a plateau at some point (where your weight won’t move) and here you just need to knuckle under and barge your way through it – it happens to everyone.
