Topical Weight Loss Cream

At age 47 and still struggling to keep a healthy weight, what plan/diet would you recommend that I follow?

I have struggled with weight control for most of my life. I am currently in a counseling group and have dealt with past issues. I am a working, married women of two “twenty-something” children and I want to be healthy and enjoy my future grandchildren and retired life with my husband. I can’t stop thinking about my weight and how “out of control” my eating has become.

I have tried several diets and find that I tire of the “same ole same ole food.” I exercise regularly for a while (months) and then I don’t exercise or even “want” to exercise for months. I am pary-menopausal and I do take a mood altering medication to help with mood swings and a topical nature progesterone cream to assist with night sweats, hot flashes, memory loss, etc.

My weight is my ball and chain and I would love to get rid of it forever. Food should not be my focus, fun, laughs and love should be. Any suggestions?

Have you tried WeightWatchers? I lost 100lbs with them and have kept it off for 3 years now.
