A question about body image and weight loss!!?
Ok, i know it is not possible to get a body EXACTLY like a celebrity, but i do want to know how i can get down to a certain weight and become thinner. I absolutely ADORE Kristen stewart’s look. you can tell she is naturally thin, but there has to be a way of getting a body like that. Ill put a little description of my body below, and i would appreciate anyone giving me any tips. please and thank you <3

20 yrs old
not overweight, but has a little bit of extra fat on my inner thighs and hips, tummy (muffin top!)
weight: about 130.
not too long ago i could fit into a size 1!!! and now i can barely get into a size 5.
somone please help me, i just want to feel confident again.
Okay, so when you get older, your metabolism starts to slow… There are a number of ways you can bring it back up… I’m not going to name them off right now, Just google search them.
Others are you can go to the gym and start lifting heavier weights. Your body will burn more calories when you have more muscle in your body, And you won’t bulk up or anything.
Start taking a protein shake a day after working out… Its a great treat after working out and it will help you recover after every workout. Also take a multi vitamin
Also last but not least… I have a dvd workout program from beach body called Insanity… It is EXTREMELY fun. I’m not sure what your budget is… but you can buy it… or if you know how… download it.
All these get your body in the best shape of your life if you try to get it there.
