ive seen all these things about loose skin and such after weight loss and have read all the info. All i want to know is has anyone here lose a bunch of weight maybe 100 and had loose skin then in the next couple of years go away? Some people say give it time and i know some people have it and some people don’t i just want to hear from someone who waited the year or so out and their skin actually tightened up as weight and excercise was maintained? Not through surgery either naturally.
im not actually worried about loosing weight, ive already lost almost all i want, i at 12% bf right now. What im actually wanting to know is has anyone actually weight and their skinn tightened? i already take care of my skin and such, I just want to know has somone done these things and their skin actually healed over the course of a year or so?

It depends largely on your age, the younger you are the better it bounces off. Weight lifting for toning will help some and losing the weight sensibly rather than quickly also helps. But, if you lose 100 pounds the odds of not having any loose skin are very slim.
