The Best Weight Loss Tablets

I think my best mate is anorexic, what should i do?

WEll, she hasnt admitted it but she is super skinny. She is always going on about how fat she is and how she is really ugly. And the other day, i saw weight loss tablets in her bag. She knew i had seen them but i didnt say anything. Then, she admitted they were weight loss tablets today. She doesnt eat lunch, but i dont know what else she does it. I mean, she does it eat and sometimes its a load of junk, but i know she goes running and she is really athletic and sporty. So i dont know that she is anorexic, maybe its something else. But im really scared about her. What should i do????
Oh yeah… She is 13 and a bit taller than me. I am around 5″ 2′. She told me she weighs 6 stone 10 but she thinks that is really fat

I, myself am anorexic. Right, if she is anorexic, then she has two sides to her brain… One will be telling her she is fat, that she needn’t eat, this is the anorexia. You’ve just got to remember, it isn’t her fault. The things in that side of her brain will get her worked up, make her feel unhappy- this is the anorexia. Myself, being anorexic, will say by saying she is thin already is fuelling those voices in her head, telling her her diet is working, and that if she carries on like this then she’ll get thinner. And being athletic, this is ALSO another symptom, I, myself do army cadets and the fact is, if you burn off more calories than you intake- you put on weight, if you intake calories but put them on and don’t burn them off, you put on weight.
Don’t say anything to her about anorexia, you’ll upset her even more, talk to her parents, and before they jump to them gun, and, yourself jump to the gun get to that side of her brain that is telling her to do this. The things in her brain are taking over, get her to see a doctor, she’ll most probably be upset at first (I always am an I’ve been in hospital a few times) before it gets out of hand.
Try to kill the bad side of her brain, and bring your friend back
