The Best Weight Loss Energy Bars

Special k challenge, please answer..?

If anyone can answer all of these questions thoroughly i will give you best answer, and thats a promise.
1. How does Special k help you lose weight, if it has so much sugar in it. (including the bars)
2. I have a big serving of cereal, so can i just have my 2 serves in 1?
3. Is it true that it will leave you hungry and tired?
4. if so, what are some foods high in energy that i can eat in the morning
5. If i go back to my normal eating habbits when i’ve reached my desired weight, will i put it all back on, if so,
6. Where can i buy their protein bars (i couldn’t find them last time i went shopping)
7. is the special k breakfast, with protein bar for lunch, and normal tea, along with snacks in between and normal exercise 5-6 times a week guaranteed a bit of weight loss.

1. I really don’t know how Special K can help someone loose weight. Maybe its all in portion control.
2. I don’t think you can because that can cause you to still want to eat some more later on in the day.
3. At first I was still hungry but then I got use to it. And I never felt tired. In fact I saw that as time went by I felt like I had more energy.
4. If you have that problem then you can try eating the protein bar or having the protein shake in the morning. That will give you the energy you need.
5.Chances are that you will. You will have to eat balanced meals. Just don’t over eat. And remember to eat plenty of fruits and veggies. They will keep you full for a longer time.
6. Maybe the store ran out at that time so you might want to shop around to find some. I usually find them in any supermarket around.
7. Yes it does, because you will be eating smaller meals and less food through out the day.
