The Best Weight Loss Cream
What are the best ways for me to gain weight?
I am 18 going on 19 years old at a height of 5’3″, and over the past month and a half, went from 103 lbs to 92.7 lbs. I was told my appetite loss could be caused from the stress I have been going through. I want to gain my weight back, but I want it to be healthy weight and for me to not be so skinny, yet, I’m afraid that if I excercise and run that I will continue to loose weight.. I particularly want my thighs and butt thicker, so I dont look like a tooth pick from every angle.
