What is the best diet to go on?
so Im 18, 5’6 and about 280pds, So I really need to lose weight. I was considering doing the special k challenge, or the grapefruit diet, Which do you think I should do? or do you know of any other good diet plans? I want generally long term weight loss, so I planed to do the GF diet for awhile with plenty of exercise, or same with the CD, please help me
I really don’t recommend the Grape Fruit diet. My mom just did it for 10 days and didn’t lose any weight.
Right now I’m on the South Beach diet and so far I’ve lost 15 pounds in two weeks just by eating alone so just image when I start to introduce working our what will happen!!!
Weight Loss takes patience (a lot of it! and Commitment) If you can commit! You can lose the weight!!!
