I don’t need tips on staying healthy . I need the exact foods to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and what exercise to do to loss weight . help.

If you work on weights, you get more mscle mass, in turn helping you burn fat faster. Eat fruit or museli for breakfast, with greek yoghurt. If that isnt sweet enough, sweeten the yoghurt with honey or I like using passionfruit.
Lunch, eat perhaps a salad sandwich, or egg. You could have a chicken caesar salad, without the dressing
Dinner, do not eat any carbohydrates, that is, wheat, barley, rice, and bread product. That gives you energey that isnt needed when your asleep. If you do have some, make sure it is healthy, or a side dish only. Dont make it a great big platter of spaghetti bolognese. Perhaps sushi? Dont eat chocolate, and dont add butter to meals. Also, try not eating dairy products. Any vegetable is a good sight, eat as many as you want, preferably raw. Eat fruit, but too much could give you the runs. Think only about 4-7 peices a day.
