Will “Fat Loss 4 Idiots” work for me?
I’m in no way fat, but I’m doing a boudoir (lingerie/nude) photo shoot in about 2 months and I want to look my best. I’m 5’5″, and I weigh 125 pounds. I know that my figure could use a little toning, but I absolutely hate exercising more than anything. That’s one reason why I like this diet, it guarentees that you will lose weight whether you exercise or not. I’ve done my fair share of research on this diet and have heard nothing short of amazing reviews. It seems like it works, but I’m just curious if it will work for me since I’m already slim.
