Weight Loss Before And After Diet



Can someone please answer my diet/weight loss questions?

I am a fifteen year old male that is 5’11 and weighs exactly 220 pounds. I know I am pretty overweight and I want to lose at least 30 pounds which would put me at 190. My doctor said that weight would be fine for me because I will continue to grow. The only problem is, whenever I try to lose weight barely any weight gets lost. Another problem is I am not sure of what to eat. Can someone give me a list of foods that I should eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Also, I would like to know if it is better to work out before or after meals, and if it is better to work out in the morning or evening? Also, I would like to know if it is okay to work out 2-3 times a day. I plan on walking, running, and riding my bike. I can also go to the gym with my friend sometimes. Is this good? Finally, I would also like to know what is the best way to lose man breasts? They are probably the #1 thing I want to lose. I know this is a lot, but I would really appreciate answers.

S/he should have told you all that.

Tell them being obese is not acceptable to you.

You should be referred to a nutritionist and exercise trainer.

The walking & bike riding are good and will burn excess cals. Be careful running at your weight: knees.

Check your diet and start removing the excess cal items: soda, chips, pastry, candy, ice-cream, too many pizza’s, burgers, etc. Salads can be very hi cal if too much oil is used.

The above will lose man breasts, bc they’r excess bod fat.

Talk to the trainers at the gym and get as much info as you can.

And go back to your doc.

If at the gym, wear steel-toed footwear around free wts.
