At a Weight Plateau and need help?

How do I break my weight loss plateau. I am 5’2 155 and I have lost 31lbs in 7 months. I eat 1200-1350 cal. a day, work out 3x a week 30 min. This week I worked out 4x for 30 min. Getting to 155 was very hard and I was teetering between 156 and 155 for a couple of weeks. 155 was my short term goal but I’m looking to lose 15 more. How do I keep losing without depriving myself. Any advice from those who have dealt with this is appreciated. Thanks.

yup your definetly at a plateau, your body is in such a comfortable state, it just wants to stay the way it is forever.

have you been eating the same things and doing the same routine for those 7 months?

switch it up, for example, if you’ve been eating a balanced diet, try going on a high protein, low carb diet for a month.

in terms of exercise and losing weight cardio is very important, if youve been running for the last 7 months, your body is no longer challenged, switch it up, try fast walking on a high incline (treadmill or walking on a hill)

if you make these changes, you will be forcing your body to work differently, and you’ll get off that dreaded plateau
