Pills will work in the shart term only. They work by suppressing your appetite so you don’t eat as much. Once you stop taking the pills however you will be eating what you used to and pack the pounds right back on. The only way to sustain weight loss is by learning to eat right and building more muscle while expending more calories than you take in. My wife tried the pills for about 6 months and lost about 20 pounds but once she stopped taking them went right back up. What has worked for her is doing crossfit.
