advice on safe weight loss?
i am 13, 5’3″, and i weigh 167 lbs. i hate the way clothes look, i cant wear shorts because the bunch up in the thigh, i cant wear tight shirts because they look really bad. any safe wieght loss ideas?
i am on a swim team and we have practice mon, weds, thurs, fri, sat…
and we do drylands for a half an hour before then swim for an hour and a half
