Record Weight Loss In A Week

Losing the last five pounds?!?
I’m down to my last five pounds of weight loss, but OF COURSE I’ve stopped losing it.
My plan:
- eat only fruit, special k protien plus cereal, almonds, egg whites, and other lean proteins.
- drinking 50-60 oz of water everyday.
- endurance running (40-60 mins) three times a week.
- interval running (30 mins?) twice a week.
- body weight strength training everyday except two days of the week. (I have no weights).
- stretch EVERYday multiple times a day.
What do you think? Should I add veggies to the mix? Is this enough exercise?
I’ve been running 4-5 times a week for the past four months, and so far my record is 4.7 miles in 40 mins.

Also, I just recovered from shin splints, and I’ve gained four pounds in the past two weeks due to TERRIBLE eating habits.
I admire you! How much did you lose and how long did it take? Im trying to lose 20lbs over the next 6 months! Fingers crossed! You are eating well but yeah veg just some raw carrots cant do much harm because they are 90% water! As are most vegetables!
You exercise a lot but I suggest you give yourself that extra push for the last bit! Are you very busy? I would really recommend swimming because sometimes i can lose 700 calories an hour swimming! Check out this site to see how much you are losing! www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
Just stick with healthy eating and exercise and you will get there eventually! i hope you do because you inspired me! I wish i was asking how to lose the LAST five rather than the FIRST! Good luck and well done!!!
