Reasons For Weight Loss Without Dieting
Hey, I need a little weight loss help!!!?
Hi, I weigh about 250lbs, 5’9 and I’m 17. Iv’e been trying to lose weight for a few years now. I have been exercising everyday and I eat pretty healthily without trying because I was raised vegetarian and we eat mostly fruits and veggies. I haven’t lost any weight except for when I did the HCG diet which I can no longer do because of medical reasons. Even when I was in track and tennis, weight lifting and running every day for three hours or more, I still didn’t lose weight. Do you have any suggestions of something I could do to lose weight? I’d really like to get my weight down before I leave for college in the fall.
for me , when i had to cut weight I would run for 10 min when i woke up. then eat. I started eating small amounts of food every 2 hours to keep my metabolism high. like 1lb of chicken. 4 times then tuna fish.
protein has a thermic affect on the body. the more protein you eat the more potential you give your body to shed weight. drink water, you will lose a lot of water i would drink about 5 liters of Water each day. or for you id say 3 liters of water. plus water you lose in sleep and when you workout. your body stores water, when you lose it. so keep your body hydrated.
