Realistic Weight Loss Goals



is this a realistic goal for weight loss?

is losing about 10 pounds in around 18 days a good weight loss goal or is it too much to lose in that amount of time? i want to lose it healthily and be able to keep it off, not gain it back. and does this seem like a good plan to do to take the weight off?:
eat healthy foods
workout for at least 30-60 minutes a day
only eat dessert or drink bad stuff once a week

any tips would be great, thanks

I think it is too aggressive to aim to XXX poungs in XXX days. Instead you should work a schedule to exercise daily. Allocate at least 30 mins daily for it.

Plan out you diet, you need a mix of everything, just cut down the sweets stuffs. Finally stick to this routine daily for 2 weeks and do a review again.

That’s my advice.
