Advice for rapid weight loss?
I don’t know how heavy I am, I refuse to weigh myself! But I know that I’m overweight and I really need to start doing something about it. I’m 5ft6/7 so I suppose I would be considered tall for a girl. What’s the ideal weight for me? I’m 16.
If you have any tips i’ll be very grateful.

to be in the range of “heathy” you should be 120-150 lbs. so for an ideal weight i would go with 135 lbs. depending on your bone structure and muscle mass. but whatever weight you are you should be physically fit so if you are at 150 then that is an ideal weight. good luck
