Rapid Weight Loss Low Carb Diet
I need advice on the Low Carb Diet?
i am going on a no/low carb diet for the next week. my questions are:
1) how can i keep the weight loss rapid for the next few weeks?
2) how can i KEEP the weight off?
3) when i finish that diet, can i re-introduce carbs back into my diet in moderation? will i still gain weight?

You will lose more weight eating TONS of carbs (fruits, vegetables, 100% whole grains) than not eating any at all.
I’m proof. I lost 11 pounds in 5 weeks just from eating AS MUCH fruit, vegetables, and whole grains AS I WANTED. You’ll feel more energized, happy, and just plain great every day. I know you say you really want to “try this” but why not do something that actually works in the long run. If you’re an adult, you don’t need as much protein as “they” say you do. And by “they” I mean science.
You will keep the weight off if you exercise regularly and eating the way I mentioned above.
