ok, guys n gals this is serious i need to rapidly lose weight.
all of a sudden i gained about 8 kgs of weight in 2 months and now in 45 days i have to attend an interview for cabin crew. you know that they require slim and trim girls. it has always been my dream…. i tried having lemon with honey early morning but it has not made any significant changes…
i need to reduce that weight and i have just 45 days in hand. what can i do besides exercising???? can i go on a liquid diet completely… i mean to say the protein supplements

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep

the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Lunch
