Rapid Weight Loss In Cats

Could this be a case of pinworms?

How big are pin worms? Lately, I’ve noticed some changes for about a month. I really need help please!
Here are my symptoms:

*Itchy anus, especially after bowel movements.
*Bowel movements have been out of whack, stools are shriveled and light brown and loose.
*Loss of appetite & hunger.
*Upset stomach
*rash under armpit for 2 weeks
*Rapid weight loss
*Swollen lymph node in neck/throat, slight sore throat, runny nose but no cold
*I can feel bile/vomit travel up my throat at times
*Urinary strain/weakened flow
*constipation/indigestion

*I’m 18 years old
*I’ve seen many doctors and they gave me a cat scan not showing anything suspicious
*Stressed out!!
*I’ve tried the scotch tape method but couldnt tell if any worms were there or not.

Please help, this is stressing me out to the point of depression! Please! The doctors dont take me seriously.

the only symptom with pin worms is itchy anus ,all the rest doesnt relate and its impossible pinworm could cause that long list
