Does rapid weight loss cause your face to sag?

I lost 9 pounds in about 3 weeks. I now notice the skin under my chin seems looser and when I take pictures i see a double chin that was not noticeable before. Was this caused by the weight loss?

I am 22 years old. My starting weight was 176.2 and i now weigh 166.8. I have been exercising for two weeks and eating less from the beginning.

Will it get saggier as I loose more weight? Is it permanent? Will the skin tighten?
When I take pictures in profile in an angle you can see my jaw line but only because my face is being stretched. On the other hand when I take a frontal picture you can see my double chin.
Can I have a face with a defined jaw line or would the skin never tighten?
I am 5 foot 8 inches my goal is 150 lbs.
How can i tighten it or speed up the tightening if possible.
