How to get rid of extra skin after rapid weight loss?

I was on a medicine for about 2 years that made me gain a TON of weight. I’m 5 foot 7 and at one point I weighed 195 lbs. Anyways, long story short I stopped the medicine and within the first month began rapidly losing weight. Within about 10 months I got down to 115 lbs. My question is how can I get rid of some of the loose skin? Will it tighten on it’s own because I’m so young?

I already eat very healthy and drink lots of water, but I was just wondering if there is anything else I can do? Thanks:)

I was an overweight kid and teenager my whole life and ended up shedding about 70 pounds or so. I still have skin here and there and I’ve gotten down to under 10% body fat. It sucks, but I just consider it a battle scar of what I did and accomplished. I have tried lotions, vitamin E, skin brushes to try and get rid of some scar tissue and stretch marks, but most have not worked.

Once I began concentrating on reducing my body fat, I noticed it was not as noticeable, but I think it will just always be there. It sucks, but it’s better to be healthy and have some extra skin, than overweight.
