Quick Weight Loss Workout Dvd
workout plan?
quick question..
im running about half hour every day..maybe an hour..
and pilates (weight loss conditioning dvd) for an 45/hour every day.
and punching bag for bout half hour every two days.
and when i go back to school in two weeks, i have gym class every day for 50 mins (..bout 30 mins of sports)
how long will it take to see results?
what results will i get?
oh and i have a healthy diet 
i want to get rid of flab on tummy, make it flat, and tone/build/shape my booty more. will it?
In my opinion your doing too much to quickly. I’ve seen a lot of people burn out doing that and then they stop working out and start getting fat again.
I would run only about 3-4 days a week. Then I would do weights 4-5 times a week. When doing weights you should do about 15-20 repetitions and 5-6 sets. Do one body part each day. This will help you tone and you wont burn out as quickly as the plan your on now.
Make sure your eating healthy too. Lots of protein, low carbs and low fat. Keep your calories around 1500-2000 depending on your body weight
