Weight loss suggestions?
I’m a girl,I weigh 136lbs,5 feet tall,I’m going to be 21 in July,its April right now,what are some of your quick tips and tricks that you did to loose a couple lbs,I don’t wanna loose alot of weight,but a reasonable amount,I want to loose about 10 or 16 lbs by June or hopefully July 4th atleast,lol.
Help me?
I’m not into energy drinks,and I’m not too big a fan of weight loss pills..I just wanna know some natural weight loss foods and weight loss exercises that will help me drop some pounds quick,thats all. (Idk if it helps,but I am a vegetarian..so no meat pleaseee,lol)

Cardio: Walking, Jogging, Running, Aerobics, Skipping Rope, Boxing, Dancing, Jumping Jacks, Cycling, etc
Energy drinks would make you gain weight not lose weight so stay away from them – just drink water.
As for diet – try this muesli recipe for a great start to the day: (this is what I have for breakfast every morning)
1/2 cup rolled oats
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 tbs pepitas
1 tps hazelnuts (or other nuts that you like) crushed
1 – 1.5 tbs honey
1/2 apple (or other fruit) grated or finely chopped
soak the oats in the water and lemon juice over night in the fridge
in the morning add the remaining ingredients.
Yum!
Look up healthy vegetarian recipes with tofu or lentils (I can provide some recipes if you like – I will check back later)
Here is a lunch idea:
Spicy Morrocan (tuna) – sustitute the tuna for chickpeas since you are a vegetarian
1/4 cup couscous
1/4 cup boiling water
1 tsp morrocan spice
95g can of tuna (or chick peas)
1 tsp lemon juice (I often finely grate some lemon rind as well – you could use lime juice instead if you prefer, both are nice)
vegies you like, diced (I use 1 tomato and a quarter of a cucumber and sometimes some capsicum)
add couscous, morrocan spice and lemon juice to a bowl, stir in water and cover with clingwrap for 5 mins.
add in diced vegies, stir and enjoy!
Eat only when physically hungry and small amounts – you can always eat more if you get hungry again. Try drinking water first, often we think we are hungry but in fact we are just thirsty! Flavour it with lemon on lime juice if you want some flavour, or try sparkling water if you want some fizz.
