im 16 and 5’3 weighing 152 pounds. i have a large frame but i want to lose weight . be like 40 kgs or something. anything but not chubby. please help…tell me anyway to lose weight. ANY WAY!. i DONT CARE OF THE SIDE EFFECTS OR IF IT WILL KILL ME OR not . im already dying . please help any herbal remedy, medicine drug hardcore exercise anything!! help !!! i want to lose weight before the guy i like is gone from school!!! like in weeks or a month.
The wording of your question is worrying. What do you mean you are dying already? Do you really think that losing weight will get you the interest of some boy?
If you eat a tiny amount and exercise a lot of course you will lose weight, but there is virtually no chance that you will keep it off, and if you get the boy will he just lose interest in you again when you put the weight back on?
I think that you should grow up and stop being so dramatic.
